Dear team, I am new customer of KPN, I am very happy that KPN has provided me model before date. I requested 25th April to start my internet but I am in urgent need of internet in my house. I installed modem as described in website, all lights are green.

I request you kindly start my modem(wifi) ASAP .

Good morning @ravidasbarkhani, welcome to our forum!
I'm afraid I cant influence the installation date. Sometimes the line is available earlier than planned and everything would work when you install your modem.

As you describe, everything's green so that could be a good sign! If your internet does not work, could you give your modem a reboot? That might give it a push.
If that does not work I can check everything on our end. I'll need some information for that though, could you update your profile and let me know?
