If you want to return equipment after ending your subscription you should normally receive an email with instructions and a barcode, see this page: https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/terugsturen#apparatuur-terugsturen/huur-of-bruikleen/ik-zeg-internet-met-of-zonder-tv-op
