Return of the equipment: received a reminder

Since the return box didnt arrive in time when I move out from my old address which I have my internet and tv canceled, I have ship the modem and tv box on the 4th december 2025( rotterdam , netherlands) via the antwoordnummer

Today, I have received the barcode in my email ( 31th of december). 

I have yet received the confirmation that the Eequipment is returned. What should I do?

Do you have the sending proof from your own shipment to KPN?

If so, you can ignore the email. Your shipment will take a while to process and there might be a delay due to the holidays.

Yes I still have little slip front postnl when I sent it would that be enough?
