 I cancelled the service the 13/12/2021 and I still getting invoiced. I returned the equipment the 06-01-2022 on the box that KPN sent me as we can see in the proof of delivery:
 

 

Hi @Joseph Berretta Moreno, the latest invoice was the final invoice and is a negative amount as you have paid your subscription in advance.

Thank you for returning the devices! I'll make a note in your file that you've returned them.
If you get any reminders about that you can ignore those.
