Ship my router to a different address

Hi there,

 

I’m moving to my new place in Amsterdam on the 1st of September, earlier today I’ve received an email confirming that my router will be set up on the 2nd, however it will be shipped 3 working days before at my new address. Since I won’t be there yet is it possible to change the delivery address to my old one?

Hi @Alberto Pontin, welcome. 

It's not possible to change the shipping adres of your instalation package before hand. However, you should recive a track and trace code via text. After a failled delivery you'll be able to choose a different pick up location. Sometimes the postal worker will deliver the package to a PostNL pick up point, which are usually located in things like supermarkets etc.

    It's not possible to change the shipping adres of your instalation package before hand.
