Skype cannot download and upload the files and images

The Skype was working never has issue, but recently it has problem to download or upload images and files. I did not change anything to the setting or add any new network device.

  1. If I restart the Modem (from KPN), it works for a period of time (30 minutes) then the problem comes back again.
  1. Virous scan, no virous found.
  1. If I use mobile 3G as internet connection, skype works fine.

Is it possible the modem is defective?

Hi @AIO. What a pity that sending/receiving files isn't working. Have you tried reinstalling Skype? Perhaps it will work then?

Tried without success.
It impacted to whole network users, not just one.


I contact to KPN service, they are going to send a newer modem 7583 to me.

Hopefully it will solve the issue.
