Hi 

I am using 50mb internet it seems it is fastest internet I can have at my home.

But it is too slow and continuously disconnected and I am unable to work at home. It is serious problem to me.

I am really not happy with it, it is the slowest internet I have paid for.

I have 12 month plan, but in this situation can I cancel the contract?

What should I do.

Welcome to the forum @C. Lim. Are the problems you have over wifi or using internet by cable? If the problems are purely wifi you could try our Wifi Manager. It is an online program used to help improve your wifi at home. Could you let me know if it works?
