Since the migration my power line connection speed is terrible. This was consistently above 100mbs before the migration but since Monday I cannot watch Netflix, HBO or Amazon Prime. The max speed is now 10mbs and this drops if there is more than one concurrent user. I work from home and video calls is no longer possible. WiFi connection speed is ok but latency on websites is sometimes ridiculous. Some games simply gets stuck at the loading circle. Attached usb is no longer useable. Transfer rates below 1mbs and I had to remount the drive 3 times today.

Why mess with something that is working perfectly well?

I suspected that the transition would only be good for shareholders and not for customers but my dissatisfaction is much worse than expected.

Hi @G_B, welcome to our forum and to KPN! We have a topic dedicated to our customers, new from XS4All.

On our forum our community and use can help you with most issues but you also still have access to our specialised XS4All customer service. You can reach them on 0800-0402 or any of the usual ways. In particular when you're experiencing problems with XS4All devices it's usually quicker and easier to call them as I can't help you with those.

I will contact the call center as a last option. The problems did arise straight after the migration on Monday so I doubt if this is related to the router.

I’ve the same issue G_B. I’m paying for 100Mb up and down. Now it’s not even a third. Upload is even beter than the download, but not by far what it used to be.
