I'm experiencing some internet issues that suddenly started on October 21st around 1:00 p.m. I contacted KPN support several times, and we scheduled a technician appointment. (the problem is that my internet is very bad now)

The technician visited our house, checked the situation, and determined that the issue isn't with our devices nor with the KPN modem in our house, he said that it's likely that the problem lies somewhere in the optic fiber cable. He mentioned that KPN will monitor my internet for 2 days and then will reach out to the cable company about the issue. 

I don't know where to ask about the status of this situation.

The fastest way to find out what the status is regarding your issues and the connection is to call the customer service on our free of charge number 0800-0402. The agent you speak to, can check what the status is and take a necessary steps if needed.
