Hi there. My contract with KPN started on 07/05/22 but my Internet is still not connected. I am waiting to hear back from KPN about when an engineer can visit to install the internet. Meanwhile, I am being charged for services starting on 07/05/22 but they have never been connected due to the need for an engineer to fix the old connection point. Can you kindly help me with this? Thank you!
