Hello ! 

I terminated my subcription on the 26th of October, and I received a confirmation e-mail saying that my subscription will terminate on the 25th of November. This was expected and I’m not complaining about the notice period.

However I recently a bill for the period going from the 20th of november to the 20th of December (number  … ). I’m not entirely fluent in Dutch but I’m almost sure this is a mistake that will be promptly corrected.

Hi @Marticar. Welcome! I can imagine this is confusing. You always paid a month in advance. That also happened on November 20. You will receive a final invoice on which all costs will be straightened out in December. :blush:
