SuperWifi points are not working, after removing the cable the light turns red

Hi All,

W ehave done multiple cycles of reset  Super Wifi device.

Also pess WPS button of modem and Supre wifi.

Still after we remove LAN Cable it becomes red. We dont know what to do now further or where to cotac to get this resolved
