Surface Pro 8 can't connect KPN Box 12's Wifi

As topic my laptop surface pro8 can’t connect wifi box12. I try to renew the 5G band in mymodem.kpn but my password didn’t work. I try several times used default password on the sticker from the back of the Box. Do you have any good solution to fix it and reset the password to me.

Try if this links works to login: https://192.168.2.254/2.0/gui/#/login

If it still doesn't work try a browser like Firefox or Safari.

If that also doesn't work you can reset the Box 12 by pushing the reset button for 5 to 15 seconds until the Powerled changes to red color.

 

Does the Surface have an Intel AX200/201 WiFi card?

Then try if changing the Bandwidth to 80MHz helps, see also this page: https://www.kpn.com/service/actuele-wifiproblemen.htm
