Terminated contract, how to return equipment

Hello, 

 

I have terminated my contract in February and I am wondering when KPN send a box to return KPN devices?

Hi @nika66, welcome to our forum. It's a shame to see you leave us. We have a page on our website for returning the equipment, it is in Dutch: Apparatuur terugsturen.

When you select 'Huur of bruikleen’ and 'Annuleren of opzeggen’ you'll get the address where you can return it too.
