Termination of contract

Hello! 

I want to terminate my internet contract because i am moving. How do i do this? i cant seem to find any customer service and i am not able to find this category on the page. Thankyou in advance.

Hello @Kariannespedal, welcome to our forum. Everything related to cancelling or terminating contracts should be on www.kpn.com/opzeggen (if you're migrating out of the Netherlands there is a special page on www.kpn.com/emigreren )
To reach the right department you can also call us on 0800-0402 and tell the computer “opzeggen” the computer will send you a text message which you can ignore and it will put you through to the right people!
