TFT Internet

I have just changed my subscription from TFT Internet en Interactieve TV to TFT Internet only.

I received a message from KPN that apparently they are sending new appararatuur? 

Why? Is this a different internet cable/wireless?

I already use internet at home, and have everything connected, i just want to change the subscription, no TV channels.

I'm sorry for my late response, it's very busy. For that reason, I didn't get the chance to respond earlier. 

I understand your question. You already have an Experia Box so you don't expect to receive a new one. The reason for it is because when you change something about your subscription for the first time (since your subscruption is converted to KPN), there'll be some technical changes also. Because of these technical changes, you need to install a new Experia Box.
