I had the same problem few months ago and a technician visited, after which the speed and internet connectivity was working fine for sometime, now there are frequent disconnection and slow speed.

Note: This is a fiberoptic connection and Wi-Fi range is good.

Kindly resolve the issue and provide a permanent solution.

Hi @V Sekar, welcome back! I've taken another look at your connection from this end and I'm not getting any errors. Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you spoken to my colleagues at 0800-0402 about this yet?

Can you elaborate what the LEDs on your experiabox and FTU are indicating? Specifically when your connection is down?
