Thuisabonnement vervalt

My subscription is going to expire on 10-02-2021, but I didn’t get any email to renew it, or so.

How can I be sure it will be renewed automatically?

I haven’t found anything in MijnKPN to manually renew my subscription.

Hello @fabiobozzo , you do not need to renew your subscription, it goes on with one month notice if you want to leave KPN.
