Transfer KPN contract to other person.

Hello, 

 

I am leaving the house and I want to transfer the internet bills and product to my housemate name and I dont want to cancel the contract so that there is no hasstle for the housemate to get the new contract. How can I do that?

Hello @Muhammad Saleem! Welcome on our forum and thank you for your question!

You can transfer a contract by filling in a form: a contract transfer form.
You and the new contractor will have to sign this form and upload both of your ID (please make sure that your photo and BSN number is made unrecognizable). 

Please keep in mind:

  • Your housemate will take over the subscription with all options and settings: after the subscription is transferred to him or her, it's possible to make changes in the subscription.
  • Payment is made by automatic debit. The new contracting party will take over any outstanding claims with KPN from the current contracting party. Split invoices is not possible. Any settlement of costs must be mutually arranged, without the intervention of KPN.

Good to know: there are no extra costs associated with a contract transfer and a transfer is within 10 days settled.
