I have a problem of connecting my 2nd Experia wifi with Experia box v9. 1st experia wifi is working good. I have connected the 2nd experia wifi in my bedroom as per the given instructions. Power and wifi lights are working in the 2nd experia wifi. But the 4t light (connecting with device) is not working. I have reset the 2nd experia twice, still not working. can you help me please.

I'll gladly help you on your way with your second Experia WiFi. We have a topic which helps you with connecting and using the Experia WiFi's. It's in Dutch but maybe it's helpfull if you translate it to English 🙂 Another option is to use our KPN Thuis app, this app helps you step by step to connect your Experia WiFi. It's in Dutch as well, but maybe this can help you further. Please let me know how it worked out, or if you've got any questions.
