Trying to install KPN but can't find the connection point

I got a KPN suscription almost a week ago and I haven't been able to connect to the internet. We only have Ziggo connections at home and nothing else (we are new to this house so we did not have a suscription with Ziggo, maybe the old tenants did).

Hi @Lizeth Chávez, welcome to our community! I see some good tips already.
Did you speak to my colleagues in the mean-time? I think they might able to help you find it and otherwise you can get a technician to find the connection and install your modem.

Hi @Lizeth Chávez

If you were able to order a KPN subscription, there must be a KPN connection point present in the house. This can be a telephone plug in the living room or a blue cable in the meter cabinet. Or a fiber connection.

Have a look at info on the KPN website: https://www.kpn.com/service/internet/aansluitpunt

Sometimes tenants remove connections or hide cables behind the plaster or wallpaper when they have no KPN subscription..

Thank you for your answer. We have checked the whole house and have not found anything remotely similar to the pictures shown in the link. There is no wallpaper or plaster

That’s not good @Lizeth Chávez . Then it’s better to contact KPN customer service. Here you are on the KPN Community, a customer-helps-customer place.

Goto to https://www.kpn.com/algemeen/english?page=1 . A bit lower on the page you can schedule a callback appointment, and then KPN will call when it suits you.

You’ll likely need a KPN mechanic on site.

We called and they are sending a technician tomorrow to see what's going on, hopefully we can get the connection set up quickly:)
