I really need to chat to someone but nowhere on your KPN site is a chat possible. Firstly, I wanted to move my Vodafone mobile to KPN, but as chat is not possible to help me with this, I extended my current V-contract. Then, more importantly, I need to extend my current KPN internet/TV to my upstairs area and I need to know how to do this. Without a chat, I am stuck! HELP!!
