constant wegvallende vergbinding , is zeer irritant ivm thuis werk,  hieronder de logfile uit het modem , iemand enig idee of deze enorme berg meldingen wel ok zijn ?

Ik heb de logfiles even achter spoilers gezet om het overzichtelijk te houden 😅.
In dit topic lag het aan de glasvezelmodule:
 

  

Hallo, goed dat je opnieuw contact met ons opneemt. Ik heb gelijk de verbinding doorgemeten en die ziet er momenteel goed uit. We gaan daarom samen verder op zoek naar een oplossing. Wil je allereerst de onderstaande stappen willen doorlopen?

  1. Controleer of alle kabels goed aangesloten zitten. Haal deze eventueel los om opnieuw aan te sluiten.
  2. Maak het modem en het glasvezelkastje stroomloos.
  3. Wacht twee minuten en sluit dan het glasvezelkastje weer aan.
  4. Wacht totdat het glasvezelkastje volledig opgestart is en sluit dan het modem weer aan.
  5. Geef het modem een reset.
  6. Wacht totdat het modem volledig is opgestart na de reset. Dit kan een half uur duren.

 

Edit 4-11: Ervaar je hierna nog steeds een wegvallende verbinding, dan is het verstandig als je telefonisch contact met ons opneemt via 0800 0402 (gratis) op het moment dat je weer wegval van de diensten ervaart. We kunnen dan naar jouw verbinding op dat moment kijken.

 

Als je wilt kan ik natuurlijk altijd even met je meekijken! Kun je je gegevens invullen in je profiel en hier een seintje geven als dat is gebeurd?

de glasvezelmodule is bij ons recent vervangen voor een ander type ( ca 3 weken terug)  sindsdien heb ik dus deze problemen, ik heb de stappen zoals hierboven beschreven uiteraard al meerdere malen geprobeerd zonder suc6)

 

de module is vervangen door een nieuw type, reden onduidelijk maar op initiatief van KPN gedaan  ik vroeg nog aan de monteur waarom ze die vervangen maar die had ook geen idee .

Bedankt voor je gegevens @PetervanderB, ik heb meteen even meegekeken en zie dat de verbinding inderdaad wel eens wegvalt maar nog niet zovaak dat ik daar meteen actie op kan ondernemen.
Ik moet je toch vragen hierover eens met ons te bellen op 0800-0402 als het probleem zich voordoet of aan het einde van de dag als de verbinding vaak weggevallen is. Mijn collega's daar kunnen dan meteen even met je meekijken naar een oplossing!


als je dit niet vaak noemt ?  …   ik ga wel bellen want hier ben ik niet tevreden mee.

 

 


De verbinding valt inderdaad te vaak weg maar wij kunnen hier pas een ticket voor aanmaken als het diezelfde dag 5x gebeurd is of op het moment dat de verbinding weg is.
Om die reden is het forum niet de handigste route hiervoor.
Laat ons vooral weten wat eruit komt!
