My landlord has told me this is the ISRA point in the flat. I do not recognize this connection so don't know how to proceed. Can someone please offer guidance or link me to the cable / wall plug / etc needed to set up my Experia Box v10A router?

This is not a ISRA point. You cannot get services from KPN with this point. The point you show is for connections with providers like Ziggo.
The ISRA point for KPN must look like one of these:
