Hi Team,

 

Please let me know when is my contract ending with Kpn . I am not able to get through the customer care. I would like to switch to ziggo as soon as my contract ends.

Hi @saumya 

Your KPN internet home subscription has a fixed contract period of 1 year. After that it will continue indefinitely until you cancel it with a notice period of 1 month.

Log in  MijnKPN  using your KPN account (KPN ID), where you'll find the details of your contract including the “Einddatum contract”.
