When does my KPN contract end?

Hi Team,

 

Please let me know when is my contract ending with Kpn . I am not able to get through the customer care. I would like to switch to ziggo as soon as my contract ends.

Hi @saumya did you find out when the contract ends yet? Otherwise could please fill out the relevant fields in your profile? And could you let me know when you've done this?

Hi @saumya 

Your KPN internet home subscription has a fixed contract period of 1 year. After that it will continue indefinitely until you cancel it with a notice period of 1 month.

Log in  MijnKPN  using your KPN account (KPN ID), where you'll find the details of your contract including the “Einddatum contract”.
