When will i receive the equipment for my new address?

Hi will I recieve the equipment of my new address? 
I didn’t live at my old address because the landlord canceled my contract, also it seems there is no equipment recieved at my old address. Meanwhile, It says when moving I should take the equipment with me. 
 

I just wanna make sure that the connection and equipment is ready on the date I move. Let me know.

Did you already have a working KPN subscription at your old address? And did you move it to your new address? If so, then you need to take the the hardware you already had with you. 

Is this regarding a new subscription at your new address? Then you will receive new hardware in the week before the start date of your new subscription.
