When I received the email from KPN that I am getting fiber optic I was really enthusiastic.
My enthusiasm quickly diminished when the first person struggled almost one hour and made the foundation of my house look like an Swiss cheese. Second person came and finally made the needed hole but he did not put the tiles back properly. Now I have tiles that are sinked in and water gathering in front of my house. I have made already 2 complaints and am tired of it. It has been almost a month.
How long shall i wait until this is taken seriously?

It is unacceptable for a company of KPN’s reputation to treat its customers like this.

Thanks for sharing your experience. That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. Just to be sure: did this all happen during the fiber installation at your home?

The work on and around the property is handled by KPN Netwerk, not by the service department behind this forum. They are the party responsible for resolving this kind of damage.

The right place to register a complaint is via this link

You mentioned you already filed two complaints. Could you let us know where you submitted them? If we know the route you used, we can point you to the right place to make sure your report reaches the correct team and gets the attention it needs.

Thank you for the response Erwin.
Yes this all happened during the installation of the fiber optic cable.

I wrote in the forum because i needed a platform to spill out my frustration.

So I have submitted the complain at those two places(emails)

  1. support-netwerk@kpn.com CRM:011540002418 → Here I got a reply that they are busy 1 Month ago.
  2. meldingen-telecom@hanab.nl probably a contractor company hired by KPN → No reply at all.

That's understandable, @danail .  I wish I had a way of speeding up this process but since it's a completely different department I don't have that ability.

I hope they will contact you soon and fix the situation!
