Why I cannot set the cellular for my Apple Watch?

I bought an Apple watch from apple store this week. My phone card is Lebara and the network provider is KPN, but I cannot set the cellular in my Apple Watch, it always show that the mobile network carrier is not available. What 's the reason and How should I do? Please help me, thanks.

You should ask your question at Lebara because they are your provider, not KPN.

The fact that Lebara makes use the KPN network does not mean that Lebara also provides the multisim functionality.
