Wi-FI points and other devices are unnecessary. Can I return them?

To whom it may concern,

Regarding the WI-FI points and other devices that have been delivered altogether at the same time in several boxes to my address after the mechanics installed the modem, now I can use the internet. My question is can I return the WI-FI points and other devices that I do not use so that you KPN can make use of them? Or will you pick them up? I find them unnecessary because no one use my internet.

Thank you.

Kind regards,

NANTHAPONG SORNKAEW

Welcome to our forum @Knan! If you have surplus equipment that we sent you then you can send that back to our address. Do know that just sending back doesn't change your contract so if you are sending back equipment that you have in your contract and are paying for I would like to recommend you change your subscription. If you do so at any time you will also be sent a request to return the equipment so it would be best to wait for that message in that case. Could you let me know if this answers your question?
