Having problems since yesterday with my internet. Yesterday started to be very slow and now no internet. Tried to follow all instructions (resetting, powering off) but nothing works.

what else can I do, since all instructions after a point are in Dutch?

Red light means no signal, most of the time you need a technician. Call them again as long as you get a solution. On Sunday the customer service is bad. Most of the time young people are working on Sundays and they don't give a rats ass.

@kevster this is a real strange statement you have. I do not agree with this argument about the customer service!

Hello @Nuno Ferreira, the fastest way to get this fixed is to call 0800-0402. An agent can direct support you in finding a solution. If needed an technician can be send to fix the connection.
