Wifi is not working, mostly 5G

I am also facing same issue from , Wifi is not working . mostly 5G  network , i am trying to connect again it is not connecting , rebooted modem and two times , enabled and disable wif , but same issue

Hi @dharm, welcome back! Are you also experiencing this issue on a wired device or only wireless?
If the wired connection also has issues the quickest way to get someone to take a look at your connection is by calling us on 0800-0402

If it's only wireless that you're experiencing this we have some tools to improve your connection, we've written a handy topic about this!
