Hello,
How do I change the name of my network and the password?
Changing through KPN's terrible website doesn't work (says it's malfunctioning) and changing through the Modem website only lets me change the Admin Password.
Can anyone help considering the modem BOX 12?

Did you try it through this page on our site? You should be able to change your SSID and WPA key there!
Otherwise you can also do it manually there's a detailed explanation in this topic:

Thanks! I didn't change it yet but looks like it's going to work with the 2nd solution.
However, please note that the first solution (page on the website with the link) you have shared isn't working (and also for other costumers on the Forum who complained about that).
