Hi KPN Team,

 

I want to cancel my order ARMOR2765254 as I was mislead by your customer agent, I clearly told to them I wanted internet as soon as possible but it’s seems they didn’t understand in English properly and as per the mail I’ll receive the internet from 21st July 2021 which is too late for me, while taking the order they didn’t told me the date of activation otherwise I would never take it ahead. I’m really faced very bad experience with your customer service on phone.

 

Please let me know if you need more information in order to cancellation order.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on the phone. I am afraid that I am not able to cancel a contract trough this forum.

The best thing to do is to call 0800-0402 and say that you want to cancel your contract, then my colleagues can help you with your cancellation


I would cancel my order. I ordered 1 hour ago . Card SIM dont arrive yet. 


@Kamil Kropidlowski Wait, you expected KPN to deliver at nighttime after you’ve ordered at 11pm? 
If you want to cancel the order you’ll have to call KPN at 0800-0402. Just like @Rutger said in the previous message.
