Can't change address through KPN ID app

I want to change the address but it says I can not change my address, what should I do ?

Hello @VikasPoonia, the subscription(s) you have from KPN, are those added to your KPN ID? To do this, log in to MijnKPN and go to Products in the menu. Click on Add products and choose which product you want to link to MijnKPN. This way you will now have access to your products via your email address.
