Can't complete KPN account succesfully

I created a KPN account with my mobile number. But I’m getting this message and I don’t have any other KPN product. I want to complete registration because I want to login to the KPN app from my mobile phone

Hi @Laks, welcome to our forum. The message you get means your subscription isn't linked to your MijnKPN account yet. When you click on the 'Link product’ button you'll be able to follow the steps.

Hello @Laks 

 

If you have only created the KPN ID then your mobile Product is not linked to that yet and that's why you get that message, so link your mobile subcription and then it should work.
