Hi there - cellphone number is not recognised when trying to link to mijnKPN. The number seems to be correct. How can this be fixed? Thanks.

HI @JL2000, welcome to our forum. What is the exact message you see when you try to connect your number? Can you post a screenshot of that? Make sure to hide your details in it, for privacy reasons.

Where have you tried to connect your number, was that in the MijnKPN app, or was it the web version? If you've tried the webversion, can you try a different browser?
