ARRIS VIP5202 TV receiver stuck at 85%, connected to Netgear orbi model via LAN cable.

Hey team,

Hope anyone here is able to help me in English, Sorry my dutch is still not good enough :(

I tried to install  iTV, and it keep getting stuck at 85%, with the following screen. 

 
I already tried to reset the software, also, yesterday on my complain, I got the second ARRIS VIP5202. But it also stuck at 85%.

ARRIS receiver is connected to Netgear orbi model via LAN cable. 

Is there anything I can do to fix it ?

Thanks for your reply. That didn’t work in the end, tried multiple times :(
What works was unchecking disable IGMP proxy on my Orbi router.

@IABHINAV You have to restart the Arris decoder more then once untill software will configure at 100%.
