Dear KPN ! I am Oksana Veselova, Distribution and Partnership Manager of the state enterprise "The International Broadcasting Multimedia Platform of Ukraine". Help me please: to whom may I contact to offer for KPN free information TV Channel from Ukraine "FREEDOM" ? TV Channel's signal is free and non encrypted , may be available via HotBird 13G and via IP Multicast. Content of "FREEDOM" consists of news here in now, live streamed collection of information, coverage of the topic through discussion. All rights are free (Catch up, Time Shift, B2B). Available for any technology. We may send Permission letter or we may agree Contract, up to your choice.
