Can't enter subscription number and PIN

Good evening , 

I have problem entering the Abonnementsnummer and pincode during the set up of my KPN tv-receiver.  the remote control seems to work  when I  press buttons ,but on the TV screen nothing happen .

green and blue lights works, but that´s all, there´s not any response on the TV monitor so cannot enter any number .

Did anyone experienced the same kind of trouble during the set up of TV receiver?
