I received a package with the new receivers today, set them up, and now I want to place the old ones in the same box, and send them back to KPN. In the original email, there was a message stating that I will receive a letter with instructions, but there is no letter yet.
Does a letter arrive afterwards about how to send the old receviers back? Or did I miss something here?

You can wait for the instructions, or send it back by dropping the package at a PostNL dropping point.
Put a note inside the box with your name, adress and clientnumber.
