KPN TV: Still not received my welcome gift

I still haven’ received my KPN Welkom gift which is a smart tv.

Please have a look and update me asap!! It is very difficult to reach KPN customer service.

They can be reached on working days from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on 088 6237 006 (local rate).

    Why is it so difficult to call 0800-0402? Sometimes you have to wait for a while but difficult?
