Modem does not responding

I took contact with Jasper from Telfort. Firstly I think it is issue with remote control. He send me new one.But the modem does not working at all. It respond nothing , I have tried everything what Jasper guided me. But the modem doesn’t respond .When turn it on, it directly comes channel 1 .

Jasper advised to contact KPN.Because he can not do anything further.
