Poor internet connection and TV freezing

My TV freeze constanly, I have reset the moden and the TV connection but still no work. My internet connection is very poor. Pages on internet take some time to load. I KPn for less than 6 months and is not working propertly. What I can do to solve this?

"It's not nice that your TV keeps freezing, and you also mentioned that your internet doesn't always work well. It seems like there's more going on. You've already tried resetting your modem, but it didn't help. That's quite frustrating. You were advised to contact the telephone helpdesk. Did you manage to resolve it with my colleague?"

Call KPN and ask them to resolve, they have a good helpdesk that can help you 0800-0402
