Remote Control does not seem to store TV code correctly for Panasonic TV

Sorry for asking in English and short sentences, hope it's understandable.

TV brand: Panasonic

Instruction page: https://www.kpn.com/televisie/installeren/afstandsbediening/instellen.htm

Tried with the first shown remote control on that page.

Used the quick code 5 and found a code the TV works with (on/off, volume).

After confirming with OK button the red light blinked 2x like described but after that only on/off for TV works but no volume control (+/- mute).

Any idea for reason?

That's peculiar! 
There are two things we can try to solve this.
You could go back to step 3 and try a different code with the FFWD button or use the manual codes.

The steps to select a code manually, are a bit different. For panasonic you have 7 codes to choose from.

Werkt de snelcode niet of staat jouw merk televisie er niet bij?
Ga dan naar de stappen voor een ander merk TV.

    Sorry, I did not receive the message about your answer.

    I tried both ways but was not succesful. The manual codes did not work.

    As I wrote, one code in the step by step worked but was not saved in the remote control.

    I assume, the remote is damaged. Thanks for your help anyway.
