The power adapter of my TV receiver is broken

Hello,

 

my TV power adaptor is broken (Netbit model NBC12B120100VE) - the pin inside is broken and the tv received doesnt turn on

 

where can i find a new one ?

Hi @ISRA defective, we can send you a new adapter if it is broken. THe quickest way to do that is by phone (0800-0402), if that doesn't work we can take a look into it via the forum too.

In the latter case, can you tell us which tv receiver you have (not the adapter type, but the receiver itself) and fill out your profile completely?

    i got a new adapter at the local KPN shop so my problem is solved !

      That is good news @ISRA defective, glad it could be solved that way! Not all stores have that option, so you picked the right store.
