Can anyone help? The reaction time of my remote control is very very annoying the last 2/3 months. Does anyone know why and can help me. If it carries on I will change providers...

Hi @DerekH, welcome to our forum. Do you still experience this? We've released an update in the last week to the receiver software to improve the reaction time.
