I can't share data with my wife's number

Hi, I have two numbers registered in my house number. One with unlimited data and the other a simple one. I cannot share my data through the app and apparently it should work automatically. 

I saw in another forum topic that other people faced the same and got it fixed with your help. Mind checking my case?

Hi @rlira, welcome to the forum. To be able to share data between 06-numbers they both need to be registered to the same Hussel registration. 

That is the first step, are they registered? You can check this on this page: Bekijk je voordelen.

If they are not yet registered, you can follow the steps there to do that.  What do you see when you take a look there?
