All calls go directly to voicemail, YouPhone number

I have a KPN SIM via YouPhone (number not mentioned here, for obvious reasons).

The phone is very light use, because I keep it primarily for contact regarding work contracts, but, for the past few weeks, it appears that all calls to the number have been going directly to voicemail, sometimes without even notification of the voicemail or the missed call.

This has already resulted in my missing out on one contract, which, I think you can understand, I am not entirely happy about.

Please arrange a non-public communication line, so I can tell you the SIM details.

BTW.  It is not a problem with the handset.  I have gone as far as factory-resetting the device.

No need. Youphone is a different provider. Please get in touch with them.

I'll make it easy for you, here is the link: https://www.youfone.nl/contactpagina :relaxed:

Ah, so YouPhone says I have to talk to you, and you say I have to talk to YouPhone.

Got it.

What I can't think of is a good reason to give either of you my future business.

The SIM connects to your servers, not theirs.  They don't have admin rights over your servers.

You always have to talk to your own provider, the one you signed a contract with. They must troubleshoot this. So anyone telling to contact us in this case is talking rubbish.

Even if I wanted to, we don't have access to your account and data, only Youfone does.
