Hi, I want to buy the unlimited calls package, but I want to be able to make calls internationally from the Netherlands.
Is this possible with this package, or are there additional rates, or is there a separate bundle for this

No, the unlimited calls are only valid in the EU (so also calls from the Netherland to any EU country).
If you want to make calls outside the EU then you can order extra bundles, you can find more info here (only in Dutch): https://www.kpn.com/mobiel-abonnement/bundels/buitenland/wereld.htm
