Bank verification code via sms blocked

Hello,

 

I am experiencing a problem with receiving the verification sms from my Italian bank app, the bank systems confirms that the sms are blocked by the local operator (KPN). 

The sms is sent from a number that starts with 48. 

What can I do to have this sender unblocked? It is for me the only way to validate any operation on my bank app, so it is pretty vital. 

 

I saw previous messages on this topic but none had a real practical solution.

You should contact KPN 0800 0402 (free number), it is possible there's a KPN block on it. The customer service could verify and unlock this if that is the case.

 

I could imagine the block as it's an automated foreign sms service. Which, let’s be honest, is more likely a scam or fraud than valid.
